I have a Xerox Docu Centre 286 which is giving 116-353 error. I searched on the internet and found that this is related to faulty hard drive. I have a new hard drive that can replace the old one. However, I am not sure what is the process involved.
The thing that I am worried about is that - is there any software/data on the old hard drive that I need to transfer to the new drive. Also, what about the hard disk size. Do I need a hard disk of the exact capacity or a bigger one will do as well?
