[Error Code] 062-396 error on a xerox dp cm505da?

I have 2 machines with the same error. A bulletin points to a CCD cable connection failure.
I've managed to reset them by reseating the ribbon cables on both the IIT and the ESS boards, but both have recoded once power cycled. The lamp fails to light up each time they coded
Am I looking at boards next?

Have since changed the IIT Board and cleaned connectors with contact cleaner w/out change.
I am going to replace the ribbon (flat) cable connecting the CCD and IIT next.
