[Misc] Xerox 250 print image size is not 480mm

Max print image size of Xerox 250 is 323x480mm. When file is printed from computer which file is 323x480mm all dot are printed fine (image not cropped or have missed dots) but when long size is measured it is 477 (3mm less). Paper length is 488 mm and is not shrink, only image is shrink.

Xerox DC12 has NVM for IOT vertical magnification, but cant find same for Xerox DC250.
    any idea?

What applications are you printing from? Are there any settings you might have missed there? If printing from the computer is the only time the flaw you listed occurs, you probably would be better served checking the settings in the applications you are printing from first before looking for printer service based solutions.
