Xerox WC 7655 serialization?

Hi,
One of my customer has replaced NVM pwb instead of battery, and got serialization problem.
Is there any other procedure than sending reserialization form??? Maybe unique password?

Only xerox can fix that.
But your customer has done something elese.
You can change any of the nvm pwb's, one at the time ,without nothing to happen.
What machine is , Lex or Patriot ?

I use to change these pwb's without problem. I dont know what else he could have done to desinhronize...
It's Lexington machine.

Serial number on MCU NVM Pwb is keept by the battery.
Serial number on ESS NVM Pwb is on the flash chip.
Now you can have a possible answer for 22-352 error code and maybe a solution for fix it.
