[Misc] Xerox WC 5745 formatting hard drive

Hello,

My dealership has a Xerox WC 5745 that is going back to the leasing company. I have been asked to format or sanitize the hard drive to protect the customer's data. We are not a xerox dealer so I am looking for instructions on how to do this.

if is the senzitive data's then keep the hdd, if not dont bother !

The machine has to be working when it is shipped to the leasing company. If I removed the hard drive I would have to replace it. The data is sensitive enough for this to be an issue.

Remove hdd and give it to a Linux guy.
He will know what need to be erased.
Or read in System Administration Guide of the machine about the hdd erase.
