So my DocuColor will run A3 and A4 all day through the bypass tray - but EVERY sheet of SRA3 gets jammed inside with it just exiting the fuser. Regardless of paper weight (170, 220, 300), matte and glossy.
So I tried a couple of experiments
I trimmed a piece of 220gsm to be 13" wide and15" high and custom set the tray sizes and ran a job - printed perfectly.
I trimmed an SRA3 to A3 width but kept it at SRA3 length and custom set the tray size and it printed perfectly
I then loaded an SRA3 sheet, set the tray size to SRA3 SEF and it jammed.
I then tried to load an SRA3 sheet but set the size manually and it still jammed.
Anyone ever had something similar happen and any suggestions?
