Xerox WC7830 - Printing only part of image.

Hi All,

We have a newly installed Xerox WC7830 and the user has reported the following:

"When printing an image it looks like its starting to print but dosent finish - only a strip at the top prints................."

Anybody have any ideas? this is my first Xerox installation and am thinking driver issue they currently have the PCL6 WHQL driver.

Are they using the inbuilt Microsoft Photo Print software by any chance?

Hi CanonSco I don't believe they are, interestingly the image prints fine if printed from a local driver but printing from the same PC via the driver shared from the server it only prints part of the document - looks like a spooling issue or perhaps a network issue.

try to print from the printer website, if everything print ok, your problen is driver
