Replace photoreceptor module and check developer condition.

      Workcentre 75 pro

Sorry to bring up and old post, especially on my first post but bare with me. I have a workcentre 75 pro and am getting the same error code when i do the xerographic routine, "Printing fault" error log shows 9.338.00 . I just replaced the xerographic module and i have a new fuser but was going to wait to put that in, i don't see any problems with it. And it seems as the copier runs the quality doesn't hold ( Solids and bold text have fades and stuff ), My sample copies look great but 100 copies later they don't look so good anymore. I'm not a tech but I'm a very quick learner and cant afford xerox to come service ( They are a rip off here ) Thanks for any help.

It seems you may need a developer change and/or a developer assy rebuild. If you would like to call my number is 714-292-6912

Does anyone have a procedure for replacing the developer? Link to a developer assembly? Service manual for a 75 pro? I replaced the xerographic module but the issue is still there, the fading after 100 copies or so. Been awhile its kinda a backup machine, which sucks because its better then my current main B/W copier. Thanks for any help

I will walk you thru it. Not hard. Call me when you have the developer. May be a good idea to order a doner roller to put in while you are in there. Can clean old one. I have the instructions along with pictures.

Thanks! Do you have a part number for that developer? I think THIS is it? Oh and if a service manual happens to mysteriously find it way to me....... I'd be a happy camper

600K88840 is PN for developer material

What you find on partsdrop is developer assembly with developer.

                    wayne

That is the entire housing. To replace that. One screw in front, disconnect wire harness on left side. Disconnect toner rod to waste dispinser. Pull unit out. Can save money by ordering developer 600K88840 and doner roler. Parts drop has them.
