DJWhoo is a co-worker of mine

I believe we would need the full reload for use with PWS

Here is what happened:
UI Calibration was off, then the panel became non-responsive
We tried 2 different UI's but kept getting host-to-hosts
We ended up reloading the software with version 040.033.53050
Machine came up and can print, but fax button isnt showing up, and when trying to copy it just says pending

From another post I read, it sounds like you cannot upgrade from 040.032.xxxxx to 040.033.xxxxx without upgrading hardware

Currently System and CCM are at 040.032.56080 and NET and UI are at 040.033.53050

Bad move to try upgrading from 40.032 to 40.033 without you know what you are doing.
Certainly you need full software version 40.032.53080 and try to restore step by step all systems.
