    Xerox 700

    anyone know why on the 700 this can happen
    from tray 1 to 3 2-sided works fine
    when you send from 5 and 6 you get 2 one sided sheets instead
    all this is from the fiery
    from the copier itself everything works fine
    the copier is at hieghest software level and so is the fiery

    what OS have the pc where you are sending the job?
    maybe driver problem,

    Xerox global driver is too general, you need install the driver for 700 .

    fiery is no good, better freeflow

        Reading the issue is important before you give a diagnosis. Lucky for us your not a Doctor. FreeFlow is nice but most people dont want to pay for a license string every couple of years. In which case the Fiery is awesome.

            I ask for the server bacause there are xerox 700 with freeflow and fiery here

                      I would reinstall software. You can save all of your personal settings prior to the reinstall.
