    Re: freeflow probleme

    Fault Codes: C16-350 Chains: 22

    Problem:
    This unit was just DFE-MTI.
Pages are sent to the purge tray and those pages have tire track print quality defect on them.
The IOT cycles down and then cycles back up and puts 4 more pages to the purge tray with the same defect.Cause:
PDSi Config2A DFE, PDCIMU-B PWB in PCI slot 2.
    Solution: Fixed! Did not fix.

Tire Tracks and C16-350 were corrected with replacement of the PDCUIM-B PWB's in PCI slot 2 ( the one that connects to the Printer).
The EDN Card Cage PWBs were also reseated.

        16-350

        Product ID cannot be obtained.

        Procedure

        CAUTION
The Accessories have their own power cord. Whenever a procedure states to Power Off and then Power On, POPO, etc., powering Off and then powering On the IOT does NOT Power Off the Accessories. The Accessories will have to be Powered Off and then On separately from the IOT by unplugging the Accessory power cord.

        Power Off/On.

Contact check of SEEPROM (Bending of pins, etc.)

Contact check of ESS PWB ( PL 2.5) and BP board (Removal of cables, etc.)

Replace ESS PWB ( PL 2.5).

I dont think you have a FreeFlow problem. Did you replace the ESS recently? I have run into this issue when attempting to use components from a 4127.

            Good Luck
