Colorqube 8570 error 99.023

Hi,
I'm going to look at a colour cube 8570 tomorrow with error 99.023. I have no knowledge on this machine and no manuals. Could somebody please point me in the right direction. I know a previous engineer visited the device a couple of days ago for no power. He fitted a psu. Part number 112E01180.

99.023 is PEST - Head Tilt Solenoid Disconnect

previous engineer may have snagged the cable when replacing the PSU?
