Looking for help with a Xerox Color 560. I am getting an 012-212 error with the finisher. Any help would be appreciated.

Is this a Light Prod or an Pro/Advanced finisher?
012-212 (LPF) Stacker Tray Upper Limit Fail.
Check to see if the tray is level and not pulled up on one side.
Preform a 014-061 and 014-060 component control alternately to move the stacker tray up and down.
If you just received it via shipping they may have broke the tray, something I see frequently on the Lt Prod. The bearings on the sides of the tray guides become bent and require some know how to fix.
Otherwise on the Advanced/Pro open the back panel covering the stacker tray gears, to see if the white gear is broken. If so it's easy to replace.
