How to reset admin id and password back to default admin id/password

Is anyone know how to reset the admin ID/password back to default value on xerox 7665? cause someone change it on our machine and now i unable to configure anything at the machine

What machine software version ?
Depending of that there are two or one methods for reset id.

You need WCPP diagnostic tool to execute dc327 passwd reset routine or reload machine software using altboot method.
