Xerox M118 reset admin ID/password

Hi all!

I want to modify via web browser email and internet parameters and can't do it because the former owner got his own user/password (not the default one) and I don't know what they are. How can I reset it to get the default user/password?

Probably only reload machine software.
But never heard someone to change the passwd on this type of machine.

That's it! When I try to change some item via web browser and click on apply settings a windows pops up asking for admin name and password.
Maybe it's a tricky thing to reload machine sofware, I think.

The Administrator Password can be changed by the diagnostics.
GP 1 allow the CE to recover the Administrator Password.
