Ive just changed the image processing board and have to upload the .dlm file required to initialize it...... where can I find this file? Its for the W/C 5855

If you can not install via the update process:
Take a blank thumb drive (2G works best) and create a folder called Altboot on it in the root directory.
Put the downloaded dlm file into the Altboot folder.
Power off the machine, install the thumb drive into one of the USB ports then power on.
You will see the machine boot up then after a few minutes it will enter the software update screen.
Do not turn the machine off or access anything on the machine while the software is loading. (dont even open a door)
When the software is done loading you will be instructed to remove the USB drive and press the 0 key. (hold 0 for about 5-8 seconds then let go, after letting go the machine should start a reboot).
The machine may need to do a number of reboots before being ready to use. At one point before being ready to use it may need to enter an encryption / decryption sequence. This takes a few minutes.
Read all the notes that come in the zip file. There are a few patches that may need to be installed (that come with the software) depending on your set up. Also note that a clone file made with 071.x software will not work with the new 072.x software.
