    Finisher error

Good day, workcentre 7775, with advance finisher. At times, not all the time, i get a finisher error, call for assistance. sometimes to clear this i have to restart the machine a few times, before it's cleared, sometimes i have to disconnect the finisher and run a few days without it, and when i connect again it works, sometimes it works up to maybe 100 or so prints. Any ideas on what it can be and how i can fix?

That usually means the ejector (the unit that kicks out complete stacks to the exit tray) needs to be replaced.

                Hit the Machine Status button.
                Select Faults.
                Select Fault History.

You should see a list of error codes with date and time of the code. Post the error codes you see here so we can pin point the problem.

                      312-330 is the decurler cam.

Take off the back panel closest to the printer and run some paper through. Check to see if all of the gears are rotating as the paper enters the finisher. You may hear grinding. The gear shafts bend not allowing the gears to engage properly.
