[Error Code] Null Modem Serial Diagnostic Tool

Hi, my name is Jahz, and I have a problem with my docucolor 2240.
It gives me error code 102-372, i call to support and was told that it is a voltage problem, buy a current regulator to correct that problem, but still does not start DC. I was then told it was a problem with the hard drive that had reinstallar software, and reinstalled 3 times, and still start the machine. The code is the same 102-372.

And now that I do a diagnosis, but does not recognize it, I need the configuration of the serial cable to be null modem.

You dont need null modem.
You need DB9 pins serial cable and ethernet crossover cable for reloading the software.
But with this 102-273 error is very hard to connect your pws with machine.
