700 toner mismatch

    700 toner mismatch

    Hello everyone,

    I have a 700DCP that shows no toner. After checking for any hardware issues I have determined the NVM values are for somewhere other than the US.

    According to the documentation I have the NVM value for 762-902 should be

    762-902

    Geographic Setting
    		3 = North America/Europe

    12 = DMO

    512 = All world neutral (Default at factory)
    762-904

    Contract Type
    		2 = Sold

    3 = Metered

    31 = All world neutral (Default at factory)


    Mine shows 192. Does anyone know what region this is? Better yet how to fix it.

      There is crumnvm.csv file which need to be upload to machine with pws software.

          Thank you, I had tried that with no success, shoot I tried everything!

          I discovered that the MCU NVM PWB was bad.I have since replaced it.
