Xerox DC250 erro 093-317

Please need some help, recently the engine began to accuse this error 093-317, searching the internet I noticed that it was on the black toner, follow some tips to Zera the NVM, but after some time the error back again.

Detail printing is clear, it seems that the toner is not falling in the reservoir.

You shouldn't be able to tell if the toner reservoir is full.

The toner motor could be binding or may be out.

Enter component control [093-009] (Black Dispense Motor). Select Start

You should hear it running. If not check the connections the dispenser motor.

If it's bad you may consider someone with experience, replacing it will be a difficult, it's buried behind a lot of components.

First you need service manual to read the proper procedure.

Log in the the same way you did when accessing the NVM values instead look for component control.

Enter [093-009] and push the start button.

No not NVM. Component control. Look for it, I believe it's under IO check.

Changing NVM values is not a good idea unless you know what you're doing.
