    WC5225 fault 093-312

    Customer called with fault 093-312 on WC5225. Looked in SM and didn't see that one but saw a few 093 codes pertaining to toner cartridge. Any help is appreciated. Going there Sunday. Customer also said there was a noise and a few jams but wondering if just coincidental to fault code. Frank/ActionPhotocopy

      Toner dispense motor , toner auger assy or transport pipe blocked.
      Also a metered toner into SOLD plan machine pop-up this code but any machine noise.

          Thanks Adrian. told customer to change toner and he did and fault is gone. Noise still there. Will check out tomorrow as customer is supposed to call. Frank
