xerox workcentre 5845 print and copy black

Both in print and copies all the leaves out entirely in black. We changed the xerographic unit. Someone has happened to him ... any solution?

Black print means no charge on drum.

Check for poor connection of charge wires from the terminal block (on back frame that makes contact with the xerographic unit) to the high voltage power supply.
If wires / connections are good, replace the high voltage power supply.
