There used to be problem-free about printing a job history report which showed quite a lot of jobs printed in several days from our APC4300. It probably displayed a maximum of 100 printed records in the report. It was not until fairly recently that this printer refused to do so. Currently, it only shows a maximum of 33 printed records in the job history report (all printing jobs). Our engineer said that it is auto-generated and he has no control over it. What is the cause and is there a way to rectify this problem? How to advise the engineer to maximize the printed record in the job history report until it could show 100 entries?
