    [Error Code] Xerox WC5665

    We are Konica Minolta trained and have a customer with a Xerox WC5665. Error message when scanning more than 30 pages from Doc Feeder. Memory Full. Configuration Report shows 512K EPC Memory, 256K Net Controller RAM. Any suggestions, Please advise.

      Do you really need to use photo settings for your scanned pages ?

          I am the newest of noobs when it comes to Xerox, but from the other machines I work on this looks a little like the machine lacks a hard drive. Could that be the case?

              Thank you for your help. We narrowed down the cause of the problem. The disk space on the remote server was insufficient.
