wc 5335 wont fax

none of the speed dial contacts will fax if you key in the number it will fax fine imgoing to update software has anyone seen this ?

Does the site need a prefix number to get an outside line through a phone system - if so the speed dial may be to quick and you need a pause programmed after the prefix to allow the phone system time to switch. Also try switching to PBX or PSTN. PBX should allow blind dialing without detecting a dial tone

after viewing the address book they set up the fax numbers with dashes - I removed the dashes it works perfect .
