there is a problem with the xerographic system. call for assistance

good day, xerox 7775, was running prints all of a sudden this message came up. I will say now that they 7775 has a slot for 2 black inks and 1 of the black ink is empty. it is running on the second black in and has been for about a week with no problem. when i try start the workcentre up the scanners move, but when it sounds like a motor is trying to start and doesn't. the only error code i see is 393.314.00. the oversize tray (5) seems to be jammed and is not moving up and down as to when paper is placed inside it. it's stuck i a position as if paper is in it now. any assistance would be greatly appreciated as have a deadline for a job in the morning. thanks

with some futher research it's saying dispense Y broken (what i take to mean) y dispenser is broken. how do i fix?

for anybody having this problem did a reset of 762-312 seemed to clear it

yes it is, bought it used about 4 months ago and these constant problems, im a computer tech, so fixing things i can do, but i just need to know the direction to go. when i bought it they claimed it was in perfect condition.
