I have seen the 'spring' that cleans the low toner sensor get pulled out of the toner supply unit and cause these codes to repeat. Toner gets caked on the sensor making the copier think it's full only to have the developer density go light.
If it repeats, you are due for a new toner supply unit. The spring ain't spared.Comment

I have a Xerox 550 with the sameproblem. I have changed the rear motor twice and the front motor once but the rear motor keeps failing. I reset the NVM and the print is good for 5 clicks and then fault reappears. Any suggestions?Comment

pls chk low toner sensor if still NG then yellow dispenser assy need to be replace .Comment

Hi , this fault code 93-314 is very tricky . first enter diagnostic try to tone up the yellow toner, listen care fully for the right sound of the dispensing motor.
some time it doesn't run at all. Open out the all dispensing assembly, remove the yellow dispensing motor try to rotate the dispensing system manual, it must be rotating freely without any obstacles. Normal small pieces of paper or plastics brook the tonner passage system . Carefully empty all the yellow tonner and look for any foreign particles.

it might appear like its yellow stervation but the code realy is a magenta shortage in the hopper.
check all toner supplies and resett as follows:
Reset NVM location for the appropriate code . 93-314 reset 762-312 0
93-315 reset 762-313 0
93-316 reset 762-314 0

Dear All, I have Xerox 700, since 2 week ago they got error 093-319 (Black Toner), I reset it by 762-315 and the Xerox back to work. I check all 3 day later the dispenser motor(s), all it work well, in the 4th day, the error back, and we check the black coverage in printing paper was low density.
I reset the error and used components check with 093-009 to make black toner dispenser motor to work for 20 times, and make check to the Xerox, its work good.After 3 day same error ans same steps to correct, I check the toner bottle, sensor... swap with sensor CK... the same error .
any idea to solve this problem.Comment
