dispense broken y

good day, been getting a xergraphic system error. 393.314.00 and 393.600.00 which says the dispenser y is broken. i get past it by clearing fault 762-312. but after about 60 prints it comes back and to use machine i have to keep clearing error. can you please tell me what is this, do i order the part, what part would it be, and what to fix etc. thanks. Take a look into service manual and follow the procedures for check Y dispenser motor, low toner sensor ,the toner auger, gears, blocking toner,etc

check the developer gears also
