Xerox 7132 Toner Issue

Having problem with some toner Im trying to install in this machine. New Cyan cartridge 006R01265 but printer does not recognize it. The old cyan cartridge is a slightly different item number but they both say Xerox 7132. Is there a code I can enable this? Could it be that one is different region? Any help would be most appreciated....

Hello friend,

1. Xerox 7132 toner cartridge there are different code number for different region( EUR region and EXP region), please note.
2. New Cyan cartridge 006R01265 but printer does not recognize it----- if so, this code number is not working for your machine.
3. The old cyan cartridge is a slightly different item number but they both say Xerox 7132----- yah, both xerox 7132,
but different region, use different code number.. you should buy toner cartridge with your " old" code number (100% same with "old" code No.), it work for you..

suggestion: you can contact your this toner supplier to change another xerox 7132 toner with " old" code number.

Thanks for the reply. It seems you are correct. Me being the smart person I am went and bought two complete sets of toner and they are all the European version. Is there any code that can change the printer to the accept European toner cartridges?

1. your toner cartridge "006r01265"-- this is europe version toner cartridge.

2. if your xerox 7132 machine is europe, your machine can accept europe toner cartridge. ( but if not, you cant change your printer to accept europe toner cartridge) .

3. from your personal information, you are from toronto, canada, i think your machine shoule be EXP version, not europe version.. right?

4, your xerox 7132 "old" toner cartridge No. is:

006R01267, 006R01268, 006R01269, 006R01318 , right? (if right, it means you need exp toner cartridge, not europ toner cartridge, also you need to buy this chip for toner cartridge) .. you can check.
