dc12 1/4 of page is faded

My dc12 has started printing with about 1/4 of the page faded, has anyone got any ideas1412948963585-1576697353.jpg

Hy had a similar print problem a couple years ago.

My problem was the clutch of the 2nd BTR , it had to be replaced.

But in your case the image is bad on the ibt band so it's not the same problem i had.

Maybe the CMYK tank hare misaligned or the ibt cleaner has some fault.

The problem is with all colors, I'll suspect the drum (Print cartridge), The 1st BTR (which is inside the IBT) or the IBT by itself. From my experience I'll check the 1st BTR, since this is and old machine.
