xerox workcentre 7345 paper sensor locations/cleaning

Hoping for a xerox techie!!
My little school is trying to debug a new gift.... xerox workcentre 7345 with SFN-1 finisher. Machine hasn't been used for a while and first few test prints had to be plucked out of the machine top cover and a couple teased out of the fuser where stuck.
Now it won't copy at all, showing a paper jam message. Both the copier and the finisher seem to be clear of any paper or even teeny weeny bits of paper. It could be a dirty paper sensor issue but I don't know where they are physically located or how to correct the problem. Any guidance?

I have found that there are many smart people there.
It would be useful if you would tell them the entire jam message. As we can't see your machine, sometimes pictures are useful, too.
