Getting sub system fault code/error machine stuck tried powering down unplug machine no help please help

My PWS laptop edoc indicates the IBT belt home sensor not detected in time. Check the IBT reflective patch for damage. If 09-343 happens 3 times, reset nvm 741-743 to 0. If you don't have a PWS laptop, this machine is difficult to repair. I have a laptop available if you are interested.

thanks xtrain i had a copier copy come in and clean up the the machine which included the sensor now it seems we need to an authorized xerox personnel to reset nvm like u said with the chain link number do u have this and i probably would be interested in ur help with ur laptop

This machine requires a PWS laptop to link up, enter diagnostics, and reset the fault code. This process cannot be completed through the User Interface diagnostics built into the machine.
