7435 fault code 124-709 and books will not go through booklet maker
Have a 7435 w professional finisher. Books will not go through booklet maker but are redirected to center tray. Have fault code of 124-709 when I try to print fold position test sheet from Maint menu. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated...

stapling unit is not moving
drive belt is loose
remove the front cover on finisher and you will see the stapling traverse motor and its loosen drive belt
