Xerox Workcentre 255 Stuck on Upgrade Screen!!!

hello everyone
i have problem with my 255 xerox i was in upgrade but upgrade not proceed then i turn off machine and turn on it again! but my screen stuck at upgrade!
i reset nvm battery but no action
removed ram s
removed cables
but still stuck

help me plz

Upgrade via CWIS (web page) using .dlm file and pre-upgrade patch or Altboot using PWS?

What is your SW version?

Why you upgrade your software?

UI change (looks like new)?

I cant access the screen and print and http to upgrade again with dlm files or altboot
Ui still hanged there!

i cant remmember sw version but it think 13.50

First step you must do is to check 5 and 3.3 voltages on UI pwb and IPS pwb.
For 5 volts supply is good to have 5,1 volts and 3,3 V must have at least 3,4 -3,5 volts. If you have 3,3 or less volts the you must check LVPS and distribution pwb connectors from SIP cage.
May be you are lucky enough and the writing flashes processes was not started.
