Docucolor 12 System error 3-397

I am working on DC12 and its showing Error 3-397 any help is wellcome.

did you replaced one of these PWB`s
IOT NVM PWB
IOT CPU PWB
HALFTONE PWB

If you have been replaced some of these PWB`s, then need to connect laptop with PWS and perform DC 132 (serial number sinhronization)

Yes i did remove the IOT NVM PWB and remove the battary and re fixed it on the m/c
also i dont have the PWS
please help.....

There is no solution to fix this without laptop with PWS.
Also not sure, what will happen when remove battery from IOT NVM PWB, maybe you will need new PWB.

You need laptop to rewrite serial nubmer and billings from another two PWB`s to this one.

Be careful you can replace only one of these PWB`s at once, until perform DC 132.
