[Error Code] WC5020dn N9-error

Hello to everybody!
I tried to reset this error by 999-993 e.t.c. but
machine is rebooting after N9 apeears on display
and i haven't time to enter diagnostic mode :-(
Did you meet something like this?
P.S. Customer said that it seemed to him
that machine was very warm before it happened,
and sometimes U2 error was on display

You can try to vacuum ozone filter, very much dust in it can cause overheating and issues with n9 and u2. Also check the fan.

Check Fuser Thermostat if Open,if yes replace / slam it on the table to unblock.
Had once this error and the cause was an aftermarket Drum Unit chip.
