[Misc] Xerox WC 560 asks again for page pack pin

Hello

I have a customer that moved to another office with his Xerox WC 560, correctly installed and working in the old office.....but now after turned on the power again, the machine asks again for the page pack pin and a message appears that the test period is about to expire and 39 left.......what happend????

any ideas??

I have had this when the wrong cru has been installed.
Apart from that only when the contracts ready to expire

Wrong cru?..... Maybe the customer tried to fit some compatible stuff? Like toner?

What happens here sometimes there is 2 types, one is sold the other is metered, if they install the wrong one in it will ask for a code, I had this on a 560 in the school a few months back, until the customer told me they installed a black toner then it all clicked into place. Worth checking
