8560 Incomplete start up.

Display shows "Tests Complete, Initializing........."
I have replaced Config. Card. ..
" XEROX " Logo does NOT show up on screen, therefore I can't get Diag. Mode.
Any ideas? Electronics Module??

I think I had one that did this a while back and it was the electronics module that fixed it.

Electronics module is your best bet, but don't forget to transfer 8 pin chip, memory, config card. If problem still exists try replacing 8 pin config chip.
