Hi All,Had a machine with IBT Belt Home Error 042-326. Changed the TRO sensor and went to reset the NVM. Had a bit of a brain fart and for some reason reset NVM 744-326 (PG Group Selection I think) instead of NVM 741-105 and now, even though I've put the other NVM back to 1, I can't get the machine to communicate with my computer. Windows either says the machine is offline or in an error state. Machine isn't showing any error codes. Any ideas as to what the problem might be or how to troubleshoot it would be appreciated! Thanks,Ken

Re: WC 7775 - Offline/Error after NVM reset
Thanks Flash. It's set to Online and looking at the Configuration Report all other settings look identical to the way it was when it was working. I think I've put the NVMs back to where they should be but still no luck.Comment

Re: WC 7775 - Offline/Error after NVM reset
Ok, set automatic addressing to DHCP (as I had it running like that last year) and on reboot it now says 'Some Network Services including DHCP are not available. Notify your System Administrator.' I'm fully out of ideas except for restoring the NVM to when the machine was in a working state (dc361) or a full NVM initialization (dc301 and I'm not convinced that's a good idea). Any thoughts?Comment

Re: WC 7775 - Offline/Error after NVM reset
Format FAT32 usb stick. Create a folder named altboot on that usb stick
Into altboot folder place the .dlm firmware file.
Power on the machine and put the usb stick into one machine usb ports - above RJ45 port.
Be patient and wait 20-25 minutes for the procedure to finnish.
DO NOT POWER OFF MACHINE OR REMOVE USB STICK ON THIS TIME !Comment

Re: WC 7775 - Offline/Error after NVM reset
The machine is currently on 061.090.222.33302, but I don't have a copy of that so am downloading 061.090.220.19700. Not sure why Xerox don't put the latest version on their site?Comment

Re: WC 7775 - Offline/Error after NVM reset
Yes it's a old version. Newer is xxx.90.224.xxxxx.
I think I have the 33302 version.

Re: WC 7775 - Offline/Error after NVM reset
hi
before reloading software, I would try to disable snmp protocol, you can find it in the computer printer properties under the port tab, ckeck port settings and uncheck snmp. If this does not work then reload software
