    [Error Code] error 124-315 xerox WC 7242

    Hello I have a xerox 7242
    and the display showing 124-315 error, I tried sinchronized IOT SYS1 and SYS2 But the printer not recognized the sys2, (only stars)
    Could you please tell me what I need to do to the printer recognize it please????

      Power off the machine.Remove battery from ESS pwb for 15 minutes the put it back and restart machine.
      Follow GP4 procedure again.

              How do you solved the problem? (sys2 button not present)...
              I have tried to NVM Initilization a lot of times without results
