Hi everybody. I have a Xerox DC242 with Fiery EX260. I was trying to do a system update and managed to get most of them completed. There were a few left consisting of EFIGS Driver and Nordic Driver and a few related files. When I select either one of the above, all the others get ticked (this is what makes me think they are related). When I click the install button I get the following message: Service Error during installation: Error connecting to server. Please check internet connection and/or Proxy settings. Error no. 10 [OK]
Each of the related files has a message beside it saying [Download Failure] and the EFIGS and Nordic has [Downloaded] next to it, but nothing gets updated.
Any ideas welcomed.
