Xerox Fault Code 093-317 and Technician in MEXICO or GUATEMALA

Dear Friends, I have a Fault Code 093-317 on a Xerox 700. I cleaned out the Dispenser Area and it did not work. I noticed that the Dispenser Motor is not working. I Reset the NVM Codes to 0 and it still does not work. Can anyone Urgently Assist.
Does anyone know of a Technician in Mexico or Guatemala who could fly to Belize?

Take the IOT PWB out of the other machine that is down, and put it in the one with the 092-317 code.

Procedure>> Remove the top back panel> Remove the left side metal panel> you should see 2 PWB's the one on the right is the MCU and the one on the left is the IOT.

You can try to reseat the cables before you replace it.

I will be in Guatemala this week and can bring you a replacement part if you determine that's the problem.
