    WCPS Computer Advice: Problem with empty menue, no tabs visible

    Hello everybody!

    I solved a problem some of you had already, I've seen print screens on the forum.

    Problem occurs when you start the WCPS / PWS software. There are no entries or tabs visible.


    That's not a problem with Windows 7 or other things.

    To solve it:

    1. You have to run Diagnav on compatibility mode "Windows XP" as administor. If you don't, there could aoccure faults by proceeding some commands.

    2. IMPORTANT! I don't know why, but you have to decrompress the Xerox folder on C:\ by right click on it and deactivate the checkmark on compress (in a folder sub menue).

    I tried it on two machines. Both times it worked.
