Phaser 8650mfp jam

Printer comes with the error code 009.42.212202 which I understand
is the printhead restraints arms, can't see any
broken parts around the arms or drive gears, the
belts are bit loos. Any idea?

These machines are all about mechanical timing. Most of the problems result from being out of time. (Other problems are the electronics module going up in smoke) Then make sure all the gears are in the home position. Go to xerox and tektronix, dell, canon, konica-minolta-qms, samsung, lexmark, okidata, epson, google mini appliances,ibm printer parts and supplies and rentals item inc they have some usefull info on these machines.
