Phaser 8560 2 inch white stripe

I work on Ricoh and Kyocera copiers but a customer asked me to look at this while I was in her office.
They already tried to replace the maintenance kit but no change.
Oh and also the display is blank
Any ideas?

There is something between the drum and the head?

Remove display cover (no screws), remove left and right cover (2 screws in the back), remove exit cover and ink - loader (attention: 2 connector inside).

check face of printhead and wash with alcohol........after market wax?
