Xerox 700 Display

good day, purchased a used xerox 700, everything is fine except the touch screen seems to not be working, i can use the numeric pad fine, but the touch screen isn't working, i am thinking the digitizer got messed up in shipping. is there anyway to change the paper type without the touch screen for now as i NEED to change the paper type on the trays to use it? is there a way to fix this digitzer? and does anybody know where i can find a new screen from? thanks

i can say this worked for me. i'm sorry it didn't in your case, again i thank interfaceP, maybe we can all work together to troubleshoot the problem you are having to get it resolved. that's what we are here for.
