Xerox WC 420 Blank copies
This is a XEROX WorkCentre 420 which started producing all blank copies +Prints with a black band on one side and with a C squared-shaped figure all along this black band. (and no Error code).
I Checked all wiring and plugs, laser is clean, Copy cartridge is brand new (customer bought one thinking this was the culprit), TS corona is clean.
I don't have a Service Manual for this one, I found one on the internet but is corrupt and cannot be used, so if someone of you have this one I'll be happy
to share a couple of other SMs you need that I might have.
