I have a wc 128 that is giving me intermittent 077-103 jams. I put an extra wrap on the fuser exit sensor but it is still giving me jams. I was thinking maybe a fuser any other thoughts?

Sorter finisher was not plugged in. I just noticed Not all the output options were avail on the screen and in customer settings, sorter options were greyed out.

The Horizontal Transport is not coming on and fails to carry the paper away from the Fuser area. If you open the horizontal Transport, cheat its interlock (see BSD 12.2, location G 5 for interlock location), and run the Machine you can verify the Horizontal Transport Operation.
Plug 8390 at the Finisher PWB was not properly seated. Reseating the Connector resolved the problem -
I saw that posted on Eureka. The machine I'm working on doesn't have a finisher on it. I put a new fuser in today and ran about a hundred with no jams. So now I'm just waiting to see if they call back.Comment
