    Copying and printing unavailable WC 5645

    Hi there i have this message right after turning the machine on 5 seconds it shows it Copying and printing unavailable and also RAPs 03-482, 03-480,14-730,14-110, 09-060 a toad maybe is LVPS but I am not sure any ideas ?

      The IOT has detected a +24V supply fault.
      Measure the voltage from F1 fuse on the IOT PWB to the machine frame.

          Try to clean all the transfer area and do a perfect cleaning on the back side of copier around IOT and HVPS
          code 09-060 / maby something is wrong with HVPS

              Its a good place to start. The LVPS on the 56xx series are known to fail.
