Xerox WC 7345 Printing Issue.

Hi Friend

I Have Xerox Wc 7345 Printer.
working fine and clear prints if i give A4 size, 1 or 2 pages prints.
if i order 100 pages A4 print directly to printer after 5 or 6 pages next pages print badly color mixing black or any color patch print on pages.
i am using 7345 ps driver V 5.99.11
7245 pcl Driver V 2.6.1 ( 11 /11 )
on both drivers same problem occur.
even i try to change paper weight setting and tray settings but no luck

That looks like a bad fusing unit. Maybe one of the bearings broke and you lost fusing pressure.

we are already try with this method. replace with running Fuser assembly in my machine by
no luck

From your sample page all I can see if poor fusing. Are you sure you are not using a 7346 fusning unit in your 7345? They are not compatible. Make multiple copies until you start getting poor image quality then jam the machine by opening up one of the doors in a way where you can see the image on the paper before it is fused. If the image looks good pre fuser then its a problem with fusing. If the image looks bad before it reaches the fuser then maybe you are having a problem with transfer. To me your sample sheet looks like a classic case of poor fusing.

Maybe you don't have the paper type settings correct?
If you've replaced the fuser, it kind of looks like you are trying to print on paper that is thicker than what the machine expects.
It could be that you are using wrong toner, too. Based on the information you have provided so far, I'm not sure about that though.

Hi.

Paper settings is correct with 100gsm.
fuser assembly is also correct and verify with xerox part no 008R13040 this is xerox wc 7345 ( 110v ) machine.
all color genuine toner.
only problem is this if i my print only 5 pages job all prints clear and correct. suppose giving 20 pages jobs this problem start again.

Print test chart from service menu. Choose 10 or 15 at print quantities.
When wrong page appear open left cover while machine printing and check how is the image on IBT.
If the IBT image is good then you have problems in to 2nd transfer area.
If not, repeat this procedure again and check the image on drums. Probably you have some problems with developer assy's.

pls do panic stop when printing issue happen ,by the way what's the last repair or replacement parts ?chk last service always can solve weird problem due to human error

No any Last repair anything. just clean by Hand blower and re assemble ( FA ) and clean all tray.. That's it...............

The fusing unit becomes very hot. When installing a new fusing unit, turn off the printer and wait at least an hour before replacing the old fusing unit. Not allowing the unit to cool may result in burns.
